Had heard that there were condos intended for the upper floors, with an active developer. That was over a year ago, so I’m not so convinced that info was correct.
There is no longer a “condo market”. There is a recently completed project on the East Side which has a sign with per unit prices on it, IIRC the price has dropped almost $300,000.
