What challenges are you running into trying to sell this place?
I bought the house as an investment in June of 2008. The third floor unit is being rented out right now. The first two floors need to be completed. I have lost interest in keeping the property and am looking to sell it for 100,000. If anyone is interested in it, they can contact me to view the property. No challenges. I’ve just decided to sell it recently.
