Doesn’t look like much has changed from the google street view. That def has to be from at least a year ago.
I used to know a mortgage broker who was previously a cocaine dealer. He used to laugh about his $4000 a week income and wonder why he ever bothered with drugs.
Seriously, declining property values are very bad news for these neighborhoods. Two reasons, it will make the suburbs more affordable; and, make restoration a real money loser. It is one thing to spend 80K (not much)in renovations on a 300K property, quite another to spend that much on a 30K property.
