This is owned by “Washington Park Foundation” – I called them about it and they’re not interested in selling or renovating it. I think they’re just sitting on it because it’s behind their main office so they’re keeping it for possible future expansion. Still, though, as a supposed community redevelopment organization, it’s ironic that they wouldn’t care to make this blight to the community better.
