		<description>This is owned by &quot;Washington Park Foundation&quot; - I called them about it and they&#039;re not interested in selling or renovating it.  I think they&#039;re just sitting on it because it&#039;s behind their main office so they&#039;re keeping it for possible future expansion.  Still, though, as a supposed community redevelopment organization, it&#039;s ironic that they wouldn&#039;t care to make this blight to the community better.</description>
