If I was a city developer, or just independently-medium-wealthy, this street, in this part of the city would be the first place I’d start a reconstruction project. Pictured above is an abandoned foreclosure from August of 2008, now for sale for at $37K. I think it’s in not-so-bad-shape, but who knows?
Yeah, it’s probably trashed.
Still, this house plus 35 Diamond, 36 Diamond, 27, and 25 Diamond, if renovated together, would make a nice project.
