Wow, what a difference from the 2001 tax survey until now. The city calls it a two – five family residence. A neighbor tells me it was a full on crack house with recent boarding done by the city. Though not very well. The first floor maybe, but anyone with half an ounce of athletic ability (or a ladder, or a friend, or a trashcan) could get in.
According to Google’s 2007ish streetview survey, it’s already been boarded before – again, just the first floor.
