I notice the Property Card says it was built in 1842, about right for Greek Revivial and much older than the surrounding houses. Funny that it was built on a corner leaving what would have been vacant land all around it. Or, older houses were demolished to make room for the neighbors.
I think someone lives on the second floor, but I can’t be for sure.
This is actually a nice looking old house, even if it’s in a rough location. Hopefully someone can do something with this.
