Two story single family. Unutilized since (at least) 2004. Out of state owner.
Went back and took the 2nd picture after I noticed the inspired use of asphalt siding (i.e roofing shingles). I’m told it’s not uncommon in the city.
While shooting the 2nd photo, I found and old victorian off Gilmore & Arch with all the front windows busted out and completely deserted.
The week prior I would have said it was definitely inhabited, and reasonably well kept. I literally did a double take as I passed by.
