I tried desperately in 2005 to buy a house anywhere in RI and even SWAP denied me. Where is SWAP now?? I hope they are in the process of stripping their board and starting anew. Those cats are feral btw. Nice little clowder of cats in the back too I see. If I ever get even $10K together I plan on buying property. I agree with you about this wonderful house - and also about those cute little kitties, too! I wish I could rescue them all. I've posted a link to the next block of Pine St. heading east; there's a mysterious renovation job going on there and I wonder if you know anything about the original use of that old, brick building? This section of Pine is a wonderland for me.
