Those “trees” in the front and to the right all look like weeds.
Wow, the old neighborhood really has gone to pot.
When I see something like this, I think that it is only slightly “off”. It looks like a summer of weekends, and not so many thousands, would make it quite acceptable. What I think happened to some of these places is that the mortgages got driven too high, and there are so many alternatives. I looked at the property card and saw it last sold for 206,000. 60-80,000 past any reasonable value. (100,000 per unit, without parking?) Now it competes with foreclosed property in Warwick. What choices would most people make?
