I am tbinking of on in my town. A really large aprtment complex was in the works and the owner's were buying up surrounding houses. On owner decided he could tie tham up and get a premium price. The apartment people weren't interested in premium prices, so they built around him. He now has the only house on the black which he shares with the apartment complex.
