825sqft of suck. One of 8 derelict properties on this street, which is only a couple of blocks long. Cats are living the rubble surrounding the house. Cute, but messed up.

It even lost its aluminum siding, aluminum scrap was pretty high for a while. I even had gutter downspouts stolen.
Wow crazy fire shots. I can’t believe its been sitting abandoned like that for almost 3 years. Where is VANESSA G KILGORE if she is still the owner. Can no one be held accoutable? It says it was abandoned before it was burned. Could have this been prevented?
Far from an expert on these things, but the even spread of that fire makes me suspect arson, together with the fact it was abandoned. That makes me assume there was no electrical or gas service.
