There was a Reverend and he/his church owned them- he passed away and the children have them now. They own/owned a number of the houses on Arch St and sold a few which are now happily occupied- the ones that didn't sell are on your site minus the Victorian, which I sadly watched go from all its original charm and for sale $90k to broken windows and vandalized for $36k. After it had at least 3 months of broken windows and daily visits by teens skipping school and wreaking havoc, they finally decided to board it up. Whatever good use they intended for the properties when purchased went along with the Reverend. The city should repossess them and tear them down and plant some trees.
