That, and the fact there is another vacant lot before the next house, suggests that it goes with this house. There is some unfortunate work on the porches,the supporting columns seem to be gone. Nothing in the picture shows fuel type or electrical service. Hey, as they say on Wall Street “It is all in the price”. Poor analogy, on Wall Street that phrase means that every angle has been considered and is incorporated in the price. The bank that owns it probably is not concerned with “every angle”.
