Unsecured! Hard to tell what the deal is with this place? Is it a carriage house, a barn, a really really old light industrial building? A garage? In any case, it has certainly seen better days.
Unsecured! Broken windows and a notice about unpaid water and sewer billls
Unsecured! Whoa, some one needs to do some serious investigation here! Look at the Property Card, the Tax Code is listed as an “Act of Legislation” and the house itself (which is on the historic registry) has a value listed as $3,300. Something really terrible must have gone down here. It has been suggested to me that perhaps somebody had a meth lab in the house, which purportedly turns a house into a brown field/superfund site. Any help on this would be really appreciated. A real mystery!
