Wonderful sales history on this one. BTW, did you know Dexter is one of the last streets in Providence you might want to live?
High sale in 2005 of $295K. Foreclosed in 2007, then unloaded to a one Kelvin Sanders in 2008 for $35K. Maybe he’s the one apparently squatting/living on the top floor.
Board-up fail.
Wide open and completely trashed on the inside. An empty foundation lies next door.
It may be abandoned, but it looks a lot better than the other, derelict, bombed out 69 Althea St next door.
